These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Real Estate Market mobile application ("Service") operated by Real Estate Market ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscription

- Access to app requires a subscription.

- By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Conduct

- You agree not to:

  - Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

  - Impersonate any person or entity.

  - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

  - Engage in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

- The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Real Estate Market and its licensors.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.

5. Termination

- We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

- In no event shall Real Estate Market, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
